		<description>I&#039;ve been to ULI meetings in Philadelphia &amp; Chicago, and was impressed by both the turnout and speakers at the infrastructure event.  Some very good insights were presented.  I myself was shocked by the average tax rates on gas for Europe/U.S.  Kind of puts the silliness of Clinton&#039;s proposal to cut the gas tax in the U.S. in context.  See you all at the next meeting!</description>
